Lighting design
The lighting design is based on the client’s wishes, the technical and visual characteristics of the site and user data, which we transform into 3D designs using modelling software. The lighting is simulated using software designed for this purpose, and the energy efficiency and controllability of the lighting are carefully taken into account in the design.
We use DIALux Evo software for design and modelling.

Condition and energy assessments
An electrical condition survey examines the condition and technical functionality of electrical systems and equipment. In addition to visual observation, the functionality and condition of the overall systems is determined by various measurements and functional tests. It provides precise information on the state of the systems: energy consumption, safety level, functionality, etc.
The need for a condition survey increases, especially in buildings that have undergone several changes of use. These changes are often rapid, poorly documented and sometimes even dangerous for users, the public and the building.
The condition assessor can recommend a more detailed condition survey for a particular area, if necessary.
